It's a newer anime, animated by the same people that did Gundam Seed but the character designs are by CLAMP. Any way, This is C.C. She's a mysterious government "experiment" that also seems to be an alien adn has mind-control? XD; LOL. Thus her outfit looks like a kinky straight jacket. I've been wanting to draw more females, and hadn't drawn anything from CodeGeass yet, so I picked her! I hope you like it
